Grade 250 Cast Iron – EN-GLJ-250 Grade 250 is a grey cast iron which contains graphite in the form of flakes (also known as Flake Graphite Iron), grey iron has good compressive strength and offers good damping characteristics. In common with all grey iron grades, EN-GJL-250 is readily machinable.
